Sharing.
Share drawings with clients without making them sign up — read-only links, optional expiry and viewer roles — for teams in Worldwide.
For Worldwide: KKE Circuit is available across Global in English. Region: Global (INT).
How to share a project with a client without an account
Quick answer: Click Share on a project, choose Read-only link, optionally set an expiry date. KKE Circuit returns a
https://circuit.kkeserver.com/view/<token>URL. Send the link to the client. The recipient opens it in any browser, sees the project's drawings on a read-only viewer canvas, and never has to sign up or install anything.
This is the single feature most often called out by KKE Circuit customers as a deal-closer in client conversations — engineering reviews with non-technical stakeholders are massively simpler when the client doesn't need an account.
Read-only share links with optional expiry
- Default expiry: never.
- Configurable to a specific date or relative (7 / 14 / 30 / 90 days).
- Revoke at any time via Project → Share → Manage Links → Revoke.
Sharing a folder vs. a project
A folder share applies recursively to every project in the folder. A project share is single-project.
Sharing with a specific email at viewer / commenter / editor level
- Project → Share → Share with email.
- Enter recipient email, pick level.
- If the recipient is not a KKE Circuit user, an account is auto-created with a one-time setup link.
What the recipient sees (read-only viewer canvas)
The viewer is the editor canvas with all editing tools removed. The recipient can pan, zoom, switch sheets, hover over components for tooltips, and download a watermarked PDF of any drawing if the share allows it (default: yes).
Revoking a share link
Project → Share → Manage Links → ⋯ → Revoke. The URL becomes invalid immediately. Existing recipients lose access on next page reload.
