Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and cannot do with KKE Circuit.
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Use. It applies to anyone using KKE Circuit (the "Service"). Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights, including unlicensed redistribution of proprietary symbol libraries or schematics.
- Upload, store or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, worms or other harmful code.
- Send spam, phishing, fraudulent or deceptive communications.
- Harass, threaten or defame any person.
- Engage in activity that compromises the security or availability of the Service or any user (port scanning, DoS, brute-force, exfiltration, exploitation of vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure programme).
- Use the Service to design systems intended to cause harm to people, property or the environment.
- Resell, rent or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service without our written permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, billing or access controls.
2. Fair use of resources
The Service is shared infrastructure. Automated workloads must respect documented rate limits. We may throttle or suspend usage that materially degrades the Service for other users.
3. Reporting abuse
If you believe a user is violating this AUP, email abuse@kkecircuit.com with as much detail as possible (URL, account name, evidence). We will investigate and act if appropriate.
4. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate in response to a violation, including warning, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content and cooperating with law-enforcement requests. We are not obligated to monitor user activity proactively but may do so where required.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
