PLC drawings with auto I/O list
One PLC rack per sheet, with each card placed against its tags. The auto-generated I/O list is computed from the netlist — no second source of truth, no copy-paste from Excel. Bring your sensor connections, relay-board connections and panel-to-panel interface drawings into the same project; everything connects through the netlist.
Symbols for the parts you actually use
The library ships symbols for PLCs, I/O modules, sensors, transducers, solenoid and control valves. For anything vendor-specific, the custom symbol creator lets you build it once:
- Place lines, rectangles, circles, paths and text on a 20 px grid.
- Define pins with name, label, edge (N / S / E / W), type (power / control / PE / signal) and kind (electric / air / oil / water).
- Pick a component type (motor, contactor, sensor, pump…) which sets the default reference-designator prefix.
- Save per-variant: same custom symbol can have different geometries for SLD vs P&ID vs panel layout.
Standards-aware wiring
Reference designator prefixes, wire colours and net labels follow the project standard. Switch a project from IEC to UL 508A and the relay K1 becomes CR1, the contactor K2 becomes CR2, and the standard-coloured wires you draw on terminal strips switch from BN/BU/GNYE to BK/WH/G — project-wide, in one click.
BOM straight to Odoo
The project BOM aggregates components from every drawing — PLC cards, sensors, relays, contactors, valves — and merges in your organisation's internal part numbers. Export as CSV for procurement, or push straight to Odoo as an mrp.bom for manufacturing planning. Optional SSO via Odoo credentials means users on existing Odoo deployments don't need a separate password.
Bulk DXF import for components
Drop in many DXF files at once — one custom symbol per file, geometry parsed automatically, names from filenames. Add pins later in the symbol creator.
